If you believe your purchase is associated with another Apple ID, please Follow these steps to switch to it:
- Go to Settings and tap on the top row (where it says your name).
- Scroll down to the bottom of that page and tap “Sign Out”.
- The system my prompt for your password or ask for additional details before signing you out.
- When done, sign back in with your other Apple ID and password.
Try Restoring Your Purchase
Now that you're signed in with your other Apple ID, the same one you've previously used to unlock the galleries, open the Adult Emoji app and tap "Restore" or "Restore Previous Purchases".
Switch Back to Your Current Apple ID
Whether restoring was successful or failed, you should not stay signed in with your other Apple ID.
Please follow steps 1–4 above to sign out and sign back in with your current Apple ID.
